Chicken-Grape Salad recipe

Ingredients:

½ cup of butter.
2 cups of mayonnaise.
¼ cup of parsley, minced.
½ teaspoon of curry powder.
¼ teaspoon of garlic, minced.
Pinch of marjarom, salt and black pepper.
4 cups of diced, cooked chicken breasts.
2 cups of seedless grapes.
½ cup of slivered almonds, toasted.

Preparation Instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan, then allow to cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, gently stir in the butter with mayonnaise, parsley, curry powder, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper.

Combine this with the cooked chicken, grapes and almonds.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
